Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is an American actress who is best known for her role as Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of period drama on AMC Mad Men (2007-2015). Her performance received praise from the critics in the series and received nominations for six Emmy awards in the category of the most outstanding supporting actress. Her work has been recognized throughout the past two decades for her work in legal drama Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. Some of her films comprise Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Her voice can also be heard in the animation films From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 & Scoob! Her career began as a fashion model and worked in the field for a number of years before she made her television debut with Undressed. Her first substantial role came in the drama comedy series Beggars and Choosers following which she also received appreciation for her part in the hit show Firefly. Esquire magazine ranked her as the most attractive female in America in 2010 and voted one of the sexiest women on the planet.
