Lisa Vanderpump has been a television and film personality, restaurateur and actress in the United Kingdom since 1989. She is most famous for her roles on the television reality television shows Dancing with the Stars The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules. Vanderpump was born in London, and was a frequent visitor to the city during her initial days in Monte Carlo. She then moved to the south part of France then California. In Europe she built a formidable career and, since her move to California, she is now businesswoman of distinction. She owns numerous restaurants and bars in Los Angeles, including Villa Blanca and the Shadow Lounge. Recently, she was appointed editor-inchief of Beverly Hills Magazine. Vanderpump, who is extremely generous, is involved in numerous charitable organizations. Currently she is responsible for her newly founded foundation, Vanderpump Dogs. An advocate for the LGBT community, Vanderpump is also serving as a spokesperson for GLAAD.
