Sarah Rafferty
When she was still at prep school, Sarah was bit by the acting bug at a very young age. The passion for acting began when the drama teacher she was with saw her jogging across the lawn to make it to the field hockey game in time. He told her she was able to skip training to make it into the Richard III acting troupe. Sarah decided to marry her passion for acting and her education by double-majoring at the level of English in Hamilton College and pursuing a study abroad program in London, Oxford and London during her senior year. When she graduated from Hamilton College magnacumlaude, she went on until Yale Drama School. Sarah's parents supported their daughter's desire to learn more about the world of art. While her mother was the English Department Chairwoman at the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT, and her dad was a talented artist, they both encouraged their daughter's passion. Both her talent and her studies resulted in a successful career. Samantha Who?, Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? and many other TV series have featured her. With Out A Trace CSI Miami and Bones and feature films including: Four Single Fathers and Falling For Grace along with many stage shows that have professional actors like Gemini and As You Like It. Sarah's TV acting career is in addition to being an ambassador for and a speaker for her organization, the Alzheimer's Association. Sarah hosted the annual Sardi's event for the past three years. She also addressed the final Sardi's event of this group in March. Sarah lives on the east- as well as west-coasts. Her husband and daughters are also able to travel back and forth from Toronto for work.
